1.本机飞达采用后推式送纸结构，整体动作全气动电子控制，结构简单合理。
2.上胶部采用全新设计的铜刮刀，有效的防止卷纸，保证机器正常运行。
3.热熔胶自动循环、搅拌、上胶系统。(可选配胶水粘度计)
4.热熔胶纸带(尼龙带)自动输送、分切装置，一次性完成纸板内盒四角贴角作业。
5.输送带下方设有真空吸风机控制过胶面纸不会发生相对偏移。
6.过胶面纸与纸板内盒采用光电伺服电机纠偏装置，定位贴合。
7.纸盒成型部可实现自动包边、折耳及成型折入的连贯性作业一次完成。
8.整机采用PLC控制，光电跟踪系统，触摸屏人机界面，实现纸盒一次性成型的自动化生产过程。
